I have now been to the US for a couple of days.
So far it is great.
I will start with my flight to here:
From Zurich I went to Chicago, where I stayed for 6h because my second flight, which I took with Alberto, an Italian exchange student, was 1h delayed because other flights were delayed by almost a day.
I don't know much from the flight to Indianapolis from Chicago since I passed out before take off because I had been awake for over 24h.
The first two days I stayed in Zionsville, a suburb of Indianapolis. Lynn took me everywhere and we played a round of Golf with a wooden Driver. I had a lot of fun these two days.
On Saturday my host parents picked me up and we drove to Huntington, where I am now.
It is great being here so far, I played a good round of Golf, picked my classes and looked into Football training wich I hope I can join as soon as possible.
Also I met already a lot of people from family or sport. All of those have been so nice and helpful to me, I don't know how to thank them enough...
I guess that's all I have for now, but I plan to write this blog weekly and probably those blogs will get longer if I have more to tell...
Maybe I should mention, that my school starts on 5. of Aug, so on this Friday. It seems strange to me but it is as it is and I'm excited to go there and meet tons of new people to hang out with :)
